The Birthday Book Club |
| Welcome to the Steward/Proctor School Birthday Book Club!
This program offers families the opportunity to purchase a book for the school library of
their choice in honor of their child's birthday. To participate, fill out a Birthday Club
Form and bring it, along with your donation, to the school library. Our Librarian has a
list of books from which to choose that she feels are excellent selections for donation.
You also may opt to put the money towards a magazine subscription or a complete set of
books that the library might need. A book plate will be placed inside the cover of the new book stating your child's name and the birthday being honored. Also your child will have the opportunity to be the first to "check out" the new addition to the library. The Birthday Book Club has helped tremendously in adding to the variety and selection of books available to our students in the school libraries.
